SIMILAR PIECES : This small cabinet contains several decorative elements which can also be found on famous Dresser pieces around the world, including the side chair in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the ebonised and gilded wardrobe, probably made for Bushloe House in 1874, and now in the collection of the Detroit Institute of Arts, and the gilded chair formerly in the John Scott Collection.
