SIMILAR PIECES : This form of vase seems to have been made in extremely small numbers. Only a few are recorded, including one in the collection of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and another in the collection of the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Lyon. A third is in a private Burgundian collection.
